Project Overview

Ukti is a B2B services firm that needed a faster way to start real conversations on LinkedIn. 24vertex built a signal-based outreach system in two weeks that combined fresh hiring data and competitor activity. The workflow collected prospects, enriched each company profile, and wrote a personal first DM that matched the reason for contact. Aimfox sent messages at the right moment, and the team kept the human tone. The result produced steady interest from 5 to 8 leads each week and turned prospecting into a short daily routine.

Challenge

The starting point

Ukti7s sales team hunted for prospects by hand. They checked competitor LinkedIn profiles and the LinkedIn Jobs portal, then copied names and roles into spreadsheets. They also wrote each DM from scratch. Follow-ups often slipped because they tracked sequences by memory.

  • Apollo: Pulled companies hiring for copywriters, brand strategists, and related roles. Added each lead to NocoDB.
  • NocoDB: Served as the central table for leads, research notes, and status.
  • Crawl4AI: Visited each company website to capture what the company does and who they serve.
  • Claude: Read the website copy and the trigger signal, then drafted a short, personal first DM that matched the lead7s context.
  • Aimfox: Loaded the crafted DM into the right LinkedIn campaign and sent messages on schedule.
  • Competitor post path: Ukti shared 2 to 3 recent posts from competitors through a simple form. Claude checked fit against Ukti7s ideal customer profile. If it fit, the system repeated the same research and messaging steps and pushed the lead to Aimfox.
  • n8n: Orchestrated the steps, moved data between tools, and kept status up to date so nothing stalled.

Every message tied back to a live signal. Prospects saw timely outreach that referenced what they just posted or that they were hiring for key roles.
