Project Overview

24vertex partnered with Nordic Consultants, a B2B services firm, to build a signal-based go-to-market system that fills calendars with qualified meetings. The team needed consistent sales-qualified leads without adding headcount. In two months, we delivered an automated program across website, email, and LinkedIn that targets buyers the moment they show interest.

We captured website intent from high-value pages and form submissions, then routed those signals into fast follow-up. We built cold email outreach on a custom Clay table and Instantly, so the team could contact accounts already showing buying signals. We also launched a LinkedIn content and outreach engine that focused only on people engaging with competitors’ posts or Nordic Consultants’ content, stacking multiple signals to time each touch.

Our stack included Clay, n8n, Instantly, Heyreach, Claude, factors.ai, HubSpot CRM, cal.com, and WordPress. n8n connected the tools so every signal triggered the right action. HubSpot tracked each contact and deal, while cal.com handled bookings. factors.ai highlighted visitor behavior on key pages. Claude helped draft personalized copy that matched each lead’s context. The setup gave Nordic Consultants a repeatable way to turn intent into meetings.

Challenge

Nordic Consultants struggled to hire experienced sales talent, which stalled growth. The team could not scale outreach because they lacked enough people to research accounts, personalize messages, and follow up at the right time. Recruiting GTM engineers cost upwards of 90k euros in Norway and nearby countries, and the skill set sat in short supply. The team felt the strain every week.

Manual outreach created more issues. Reps had to find signals across the website, email, and LinkedIn, then track them in separate tools. They copied data by hand, which slowed response times and raised the risk of errors. Leads dropped through the cracks when multiple tabs and spreadsheets stood between a signal and a meeting. The process drained hours and limited pipeline growth.

Solution

24vertex designed a signal-based GTM system across three channels and built it so Nordic Consultants could run it without adding headcount. We finished the build in two months and trained the team to operate it with a simple weekly routine.

For the website, we used WordPress as the capture point and factors.ai to identify visits to high-intent pages and form submissions. n8n pushed each signal into HubSpot CRM and created instant follow-up steps. The system alerted the team when a visitor showed buying interest, so they could act fast instead of hunting for updates.

For cold email, we built a Clay master table that gathered accounts showing buying intent. The team reran the table to enrich each lead by scraping company sites, finding tech stacks and contacts, and keeping data fresh. Claude drafted personalized lines for each prospect, and Instantly sent outreach at the right time. n8n synced replies back into HubSpot and routed interested prospects to cal.com for bookings.

For LinkedIn, we used Heyreach to publish content and reach out to people who engaged with competitors’ posts and Nordic Consultants’ own posts. We stacked signals so the team messaged only when a buyer showed intent. Claude produced personalized DMs that matched each trigger, which kept messages relevant and short.

Training sat at the core of the rollout. The Nordic Consultants team now spends 3 to 4 hours every Monday adding new LinkedIn posts and rerunning the Clay table to enrich fresh leads that show active buying intent. They scrape websites to confirm tech and contacts, then craft a personalized email and a LinkedIn DM for outreach. 24vertex documented the steps so the internal team manages the system day to day.

Results

Nordic Consultants now book 10 prospect meetings each week with buyers who show clear intent. The program delivered a 200% increase in conversion compared to their previous methods. Deals average 3k to 10k depending on the service, and the system produces about 50k in active pipeline each month.
