24vertex partnered with Nordic Consultants, a B2B services firm, to build a signal-based go-to-market system that fills calendars with qualified meetings. The team needed consistent sales-qualified leads without adding headcount. In two months, we delivered an automated program across website, email, and LinkedIn that targets buyers the moment they show interest.
We captured website intent from high-value pages and form submissions, then routed those signals into fast follow-up. We built cold email outreach on a custom Clay table and Instantly, so the team could contact accounts already showing buying signals. We also launched a LinkedIn content and outreach engine that focused only on people engaging with competitors’ posts or Nordic Consultants’ content, stacking multiple signals to time each touch.
Our stack included Clay, n8n, Instantly, Heyreach, Claude, factors.ai, HubSpot CRM, cal.com, and WordPress. n8n connected the tools so every signal triggered the right action. HubSpot tracked each contact and deal, while cal.com handled bookings. factors.ai highlighted visitor behavior on key pages. Claude helped draft personalized copy that matched each lead’s context. The setup gave Nordic Consultants a repeatable way to turn intent into meetings.
