Project Overview

Find Jidoka is a B2B SaaS startup in its early phase. The team needed to onboard users to a platform that offers a smart AI agent that learns a business, maps workflows, spots bottlenecks, and generates high-ROI automation blueprints.

24vertex built a two-part growth system in two months. We automated SEO content creation, metadata, JSON schema, and image alt text. We also set up a signal-based go-to-market engine across email and LinkedIn. The result cut busywork and aimed every effort at real demand.

Challenge

Find Jidoka needed users fast but worked with a tight budget. Founder Adam Duda could not staff a full marketing team, yet content and outreach still had to ship every week. Writing blogs, crafting titles and descriptions, and adding schema took many hours. Prospecting by watching competitor moves, tracking LinkedIn activity, and checking new hiring posts added even more work. Manual steps slowed follow-up and raised the risk of mistakes. The team faced a choice between growth and bandwidth, and neither option felt sustainable.

Solution

24vertex designed and built a two-part system focused on content production and signal-based outreach.

For content, we used Claude to draft blog posts, titles, meta descriptions, JSON schema markup, and image alt text. We set rules in n8n to queue topics, call Claude, review outputs, and hand off approved pieces for publishing. The flow kept a steady cadence of SEO content without manual copywriting.

For go-to-market, we defined signals that matched real intent. Clay pulled company data tied to three cues: competitor product activity, LinkedIn interactions, and new hiring for AI engineers at B2B and B2C firms. n8n watched for those cues and routed contacts for outreach. Aimfox handled LinkedIn actions such as profile views and messages. Smartleads sent email sequences to the same segment. Together, these tools created timely touchpoints that fit the buyer context without adding headcount.

Results

The system saved 25 hours per week across content and outreach. In two months, Adam Duda added 300+ new users to the platform and earned rankings for 8 target keywords in a competitive market.
